What constitutes a "visit"?
A visit is any time a property specialist goes to the rental property when requested by the property owner or tenant. Visits can range from troubleshooting a property issue, fixing a property issue, tenant support (like being locked-out), or routine maintenance. Additional visits are $90 per visit.
What is a "rolling visit"?
Flex plans are the same as the Standard plan, but the visits & labor hours can be used at any time over a 3 month period.
What constitutes "labor"?
Labor is any work done by the property specialist on the rental property or in support of the tenants. Each visit includes 1 hour of labor. Additional labor is $90 per hour.
What about material costs?
Materials costs are billed after work has been completed with no up-charge.
Hours of operation?
Communication between property specialist and property owner/tenants can happen 24/7.
