What areas do you serve?
We service the entire metropolitan areas of Seattle, Tacoma, Portland, Denver, San Diego, and Central Oregon. More locations will be opening soon!
Is there a contract?
We do not require long-term contracts for our service, customers can cancel anytime. This means we have to constantly prove ourselves and earn your business.
Do I pay extra for repairs?
We offer plans that include labor for repairs. Most of the time, no additional labor is required for properties using those plans. If extra labor is required, an additional hours rate will apply (see pricing for your specific location).
Can I use my own vendors?
Yes, if a specialty license, insurance, or skillset is required for work at your property, we will recommend that specific trade. If you have vendors you already know, we are happy to coordinate with them. We do not upcharge for coordinating third-party vendors.
What types of properties are a fit?
We work with multifamily buildings, single family homes, townhouses, and condos. If you have multiple properties, we will set up a "portfolio plan" to efficiently service all your properties.
